A. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
B. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@highcaliber.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
D. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect products received
- Wrong sizes

E. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, posting times may vary.
F. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
G. Discount Codes
Please ensure discount codes are applied during checkout. We cannot apply discounts retroactively after your order is placed.
